On The Job Training Program

WCG Workforce Development Corporation can help your business with locating and retaining qualified skilled employees through our On-The-Job Training Program!

On-The-Job Training assists employers by offsetting the costs associated with training new employees. Reimbursements to employers can range from 50% to 90% of the trainee’s wages depending on the size of your company.

• WCG Workforce Development Corporation will locate participants in our services that meet your needs and criteria
• Individuals recommended by WCGWDC are interviewed by the employer
• The employer does the hiring, and sets the training plan for the individual(s) hired

All participants must be unemployed, eligible to receive Workforce Investment Act services through WCGWDC, and must be documented as having the aptitude to complete the job duties designated by the employer.
